Brew Jays is a multifaceted roastery and drinking space. We are in the heart of the picturesque town of Daylesford at the base of Wombat Hill.

Our Location

We are surrounded by natural springs, forests, lakes, wineries, boutique accommodation and day spas.

Brew Jays is predominantly a walk-in venue for both our bar and alfresco coffee areas. We are located at Shop 5/ 22-24 Howe Street, Daylesford VIC 3460.

Our Space

A long high ceiling and industrial style building consisting of a relaxed, classy café and bar. With on-street outdoor area and coffee roasting, the space can also operate as a training facility. Our focus is on craft coffee experience, both in alcoholic and non-alcoholic. We bring the nature from surrounds inside our venue.

We support local, with independent Australian producers of spirits, wine, beer, cider and an innovative in-house cocktail list. The venue has a warm, inviting, intimate feel, but can seat 100 guests.

Group & Event

BOOKINGS

Bookings can be made in the booth areas down the back for groups of 5 or more. We also encourage bookings for larger groups, especially on weekends. Please call us on +61 or fill out the form below.

We can also offer space for large groups, private events and functions upon request.
